The dog outside I lead

To the orchard to pee;

She peed on me instead

“Stop it Emma!” I plead

I was 7 at the time,

It was during springtime

It was the middle of the day,

Sun ray

Orange blossoms had a familiar smell

Making my heart swell

My parents consoled me as i cried

I was trying to keep my pride

The substance dripped down my shirt

On to the orchard dirt

The dog peed on me

Under the orange tree
